ACCOMODATION QUESTIONS

Will there be showers at Pear Tree Barn?

We will aim to rig up some temporary showers for those who need them – don’t expect luxury! Towels are included if you are glamping.

If anyone is desperate for a proper shower the local leisure centre will be open from 11:15am – 2:15pm.

Can I bring my own tent/campervan?

Of course! Just let us know in the RSVP

Will there be electricity?

If you're glamping a power bank phone charger, lamp & torch are included. If you're bringing your own tent/camper van you will need to bring your own.

Will there be food on the Saturday morning?

We’re not providing breakfast but there are a few cafes within walking distance which we can stagger to:

The Village Teapot is a mile walk from Pear Tree Barn and we have reserved some tables for wedding guests (63 Liverpool Old Road, Preston PR4 5QA)

Tootsies (Bridge Court Liverpool New Road, Preston PR4 5BF)

Booths supermarket café (Liverpool Road, Longton, Preston PR4 5NB)

What time do we need to have left on the Sunday morning?

You will need to be out of your glamping tent by 10:00am. Please ensure you have left it clean and tidy and disposed of your waste.

Can we glamp/camp the Thursday night?

Unfortunately not, but if you want to pop over and put your tent up on the Thursday during the day that would be fine (although expect to get roped into helping out on the set up)!
